Matt Harmon is joined by Scott Pianowski to recap Sunday’s NFL action, which included plenty of exciting finishes but not many great fantasy football performances, and also talk about their takeaways from Saturday’s games.
The guys kick off the show by talking about last week’s RB1, which could also end up being this week’s RB1, RB chiefs Jerick McKinnon. They also talk about Jeff Driskel’s positional eligibility speech.
After that, they break down a few games that didn’t help us much in the fantasy before diving into another great Trevor Lawrence game, this time against the Dallas Cowboys, and talking about where he’ll likely rank next. next season among fantastic QBs.
Matt and Scott only really talk about NFC South teams because they have to. It’s that time of year and they’re watching bad teams, and the whole NFC South is bad.
Jalen Hurts and Justin Fields, who faced off this week, should both run less than they currently do to reduce their risk of injury. Diontae Johnson, on the other hand, should catch more passes but not go into the end zone…for history’s sake.
Finally, the guys talk about what they liked or disliked about Saturday’s games, including a new #2 WR in Minnesota, new offensive gameplay from the Dolphins and maybe some relevant new fantasy RB.
