Steps to deseed and prepare a glass of pomegranate juice:
Step 1: First, cut the flower from the top.
Step 2: Using a knife, score along these wider rib portions of the pomegranate. Be sure to cut through the red crust and most of the way through the white pith. PS: Don’t cut the seeds or you’ll land in a juicy mess.
Step 3: Open it and clean the thin white membranes that separate the ruby red jewels.
Step 4: When picking pomegranate seeds, keep throwing them into a bowl of water. Why? It’s an easy way to clean fruit.
Step 5: Now empty the pomegranate into a blender and grind it.
Step 6: Strain the juice to remove the seeds. And, the task is accomplished.
Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy.
